DESCRIPCIÓN
CC2D33S is a fully-calibrated digital humidity and temperature sensor from the ChipCap 2 series, featuring sleep mode for low power consumption. It integrates a capacitive polymer RH sensor and PTA temperature sensor with an ASIC chip in a compact LCC SMD package. The sensor provides 14-bit resolution with ±3% RH accuracy over the entire humidity range and ±0.3°C temperature accuracy, operating from a 3.3V supply with typical current consumption of 750 µA and ultra-low sleep current of 0.6 µA. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and humidity range of 0-100% RH (non-condensing), it is suitable for HVAC control, medical instruments, automotive climate control, and process instrumentation applications.
