DESCRIPTION

The 5499141-6 is a 26-position, right-angle pin header designed for ribbon cable systems. It features a .100 x .100 inch centerline grid with .025 inch square posts and a soldertail length of .110 inches (2.79 mm). The contacts have a Plating Code B finish, which consists of gold flash over palladium-nickel on the mating surfaces and tin on the solder tails. This header is equipped with long latches, making it suitable for mating with receptacles that have a strain relief, ensuring a secure connection in various electronic equipment applications.
