DESCRIPTION

The 794407-6 is a socket contact designed for use within Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK plug or cap housings. This contact is engineered to accept a wire size range of 20-16 AWG with an insulation diameter from 2.01 to 3.20 mm. Made from either brass or phosphor bronze with various plating options, the contacts are fully protected within the housings and feature low insertion forces. As part of a system rated for 600V AC/DC, these contacts are suitable for a variety of compact wire-to-wire and wire-to-board applications requiring reliable, high-density connections.
