The AEV19012W is a 300A high-capacity EV relay designed for demanding high-voltage DC applications in electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, fuel-cell vehicles, and battery charge/discharge systems. It features a capsule contact mechanism filled with hydrogen gas that provides superior arc cooling capacity and short-gap cutoff performance at high DC voltages, achieving a maximum cut-off current of 2,500A at 300V DC. The relay operates with a nominal coil voltage of 12V DC, an inrush current of 3.2A, and stable operating power of 3.6W, with pick-up voltage not exceeding 9V DC and drop-out voltage minimum of 2V DC. The sealed hydrogen-filled contact chamber eliminates contact oxidation and provides dustproof operation, while the relay's construction prevents arc leakage and explosion hazards.
