DESCRIPTION

AEV19012 is a 300A compact DC relay featuring a hydrogen-filled capsule contact mechanism designed for high-voltage switching in electric vehicle and energy storage applications. The relay achieves high arc cooling capacity and short-gap cutoff performance at high DC voltages through its sealed hydrogen gas environment, which prevents contact oxidation and ensures dustproof operation. With a nominal coil voltage of 12V DC, the relay exhibits an inrush current of 3.2A and stable operating power of 3.6W, supporting maximum cut-off current of 2,500A at 300V DC with a minimum of 3 operating cycles. The relay is engineered for demanding applications including electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, fuel-cell vehicles, battery charge and discharge systems, and construction equipment, where reliable high-capacity switching and safety are critical requirements.
