DESCRIPTION

The NSI50010YT1G is a linear constant current regulator (CCR) designed as a cost-effective solution for regulating current in LEDs. Based on Self-Biased Transistor (SBT) technology, it provides a typical steady-state current of 10 mA at 7.5 V and withstands a maximum anode-cathode voltage of 50 V. This device requires no external components, turns on immediately, and features a negative temperature coefficient to protect LEDs from thermal runaway. Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards, the NSI50010YT1G is ideal for withstanding surges in automotive, industrial, and commercial signage applications.
