DESCRIPTION

The MIC4680-5.0YM-TR is an easy to use fixed output voltage (5.0V) step-down (buck) switch-mode voltage regulator. The 200kHz regulator achieves up to 1.3A of continious output current. Operating temp. is -40°C-125°C. Package type is 8-lead SOIC.
