DESCRIPTION

The BCV26 is a PNP Darlington transistor designed for applications that need extremely high current gain at currents up to 800 mA. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 30 V and a continuous collector current (IC) of 1.2 A. This device provides a very high DC current gain (hFE) of at least 20,000 at a collector current of 100 mA and has a typical current gain-bandwidth product of 220 MHz. Housed in a SOT-23 package, the BCV26 is well-suited for amplification and switching circuits where high gain is a primary requirement.
