DESCRIPTION

The JANTX1N3957 is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for high-reliability applications. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 1000V, an average rectified forward current of 1.0A at 100Â°C, and a maximum forward voltage of 1.1V at 1A. This device can handle a maximum forward surge current of 30A and exhibits a low maximum reverse current of 1.0 ÂµA at 25Â°C. Housed in a voidless, hermetically-sealed glass package and qualified per MIL-PRF-19500/228, it is ideal for demanding military and general rectifier applications.
