DESCRIPTION

The M39012/25-3024 is a non-shorting dust cap specifically designed for SMA plug connectors. Its primary function is to protect the connector interface from dust, moisture, and other environmental contaminants when not in use. The body, rivet, and coupling nut are constructed from passivated stainless steel for corrosion resistance, complemented by a beryllium copper lock ring and a silicone rubber gasket for effective sealing. It includes a stainless steel safety chain with a length of 2.250 ±.250 inches to prevent loss. This RoHS compliant component is suitable for applications requiring reliable connector protection in various environments.
