DESCRIPTION

The LPT46 is a triple-output embedded power supply designed for business-critical applications requiring reliable DC power conversion from universal AC or DC input sources. It delivers a maximum of 40 watts with natural convection cooling or 55 watts with 30 CFM forced air cooling, featuring output voltages of +5V, +24V, and +12V with cross-regulation of ±2% on the main +5V output and ±7% on the +24V output. The unit incorporates built-in EMI filtering, remote sense capability for compensating lead drops up to 0.5 V, overvoltage and overload protection on all outputs, and operates across a wide input range of 85–264 VAC or 120–300 VDC at 47–440 Hz. With a compact 3" × 5" footprint, less than 1U height, 70% typical efficiency at full load, and demonstrated MTBF exceeding 550,000 hours, the LPT46 is well-suited for telecommunications, industrial control, and embedded computing systems where space and reliability are paramount.
