DESCRIPTION

The TC7660HEOA is a charge pump DC-to-DC voltage converter designed to convert a positive input voltage ranging from +1.5V to +10V into a corresponding negative output from –1.5V to –10V. As a high-frequency upgrade to the standard TC7660, it operates at a nominal oscillator frequency of 120kHz, which allows for the use of small 1.0µF external capacitors. This device features a high power efficiency of up to 85% and a voltage conversion efficiency of 99.7%. Supplied in an 8-Pin SOIC package and rated for an extended operating temperature range of –40°C to +85°C, the TC7660HEOA provides a cost-effective and space-saving solution by eliminating the need for inductors.
