DESCRIPTION

The 5478C-SL002 is a shielded multi-pair communication cable designed for reliable data and signal transmission. It is constructed with eight twisted pairs of 24 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors, each with semi-rigid PVC insulation. An overall aluminum/mylar tape shield with a 24 AWG tinned copper drain wire provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference. The cable is enclosed in a slate-colored PVC jacket, is rated for 300 VRMS, and has an operating temperature range of -20Â°C to 80Â°C. This robust construction makes it suitable for computer interconnects, control systems, and instrumentation applications requiring high signal integrity.
