DESCRIPTION

320627 is a pre-insulated diamond grip (PIDG) ring tongue terminal designed for secure electrical connections. This heavy-duty terminal features a closed barrel construction with nylon insulation and accommodates 16-14 AWG wire (1.25-2.00 mm²). The copper terminal with tin finish is rated for 30 VAC and fits stud size 8 (M4) with a stud diameter of 4.17 mm. The yellow/black color-coded insulation supports a maximum insulation diameter of 5.84 mm, and the tongue material thickness is 1.27 mm for extra mechanical strength. This terminal is ideal for applications requiring reliable, insulated wire-to-stud connections in electrical assemblies.
