DESCRIPTION

The MC12FA151J-F is a multilayer RF capacitor intended for high-frequency applications. It features a capacitance of 150 pF with a ±5% tolerance and a voltage rating of 100 Vdc. Housed in a 1210 surface-mount package, this component utilizes a natural mica dielectric to achieve an extremely high Q factor at UHF/VHF frequencies and operates over a temperature range of –55 ºC to +125 ºC. Its rugged, FR4-compatible construction makes it ideal for use in RF instruments, power amplifiers, and tuned LCR circuits.
