EMCRT48D75 is a three-phase motor reverser designed to control and reverse three-phase motors at 480 Vac without requiring direct access to the third leg, operating up to 7.5 kW (10 hp). The device features all solid-state components with very high immunity (1600 Vpeak non-repetitive peak voltage), built-in snubber and MOV protection, and zero-cross turn-on switching for smooth operation. It accepts a control voltage range of 12–30 Vdc with a reversing time of 70 ms fixed, includes forward/reverse display LED indication, and provides protection against simultaneous control inputs. The IP20 touch-proof housing and comprehensive isolation (3300 VRms input-output, 3000 VRms output-case) make it suitable for industrial motor control applications requiring reliable reversal capability with minimal wiring complexity.
