The device features a high-purity alumina substrate with a tri-layer termination system (silver inner, nickel barrier, and tin outer), matte finish, and is rated for operating temperatures from -55°C to +155°C with a temperature coefficient of 200 ppm/°C (10°C–100°C range). The resistor exhibits excellent solderability with 95% minimum coverage after reflow and wave soldering processes, and maintains resistance stability through temperature cycling and humidity exposure per JIS C 5201-1 standards.
