770966-1 is a right-angle board-lock pin header connector designed for Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK soft shell pin and socket connector systems. This 2-circuit in-line connector features a dimension A of 0.388 inches (9.86 mm) and is available with either tin or duplex plating finishes. The connector is constructed with UL94V-0 rated housing material and is compatible with both Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK and Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK 2 plug housings using socket contacts. The duplex finish variant (1-770966-1) provides enhanced corrosion resistance with gold plating in the mating area and tin plating in the crimping area over a nickel underplate. This connector is commonly used in applications requiring reliable board-level interconnections with secure locking mechanisms, such as industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and automotive electronics.
