The 745253-7 is an AMPLIMITE D-subminiature cable connector and shielding hardware kit designed for reliable connectivity in industrial, medical, and computing applications. This kit features tin-plated steel shells with 94V-0 rated thermoplastic inserts and is available in multiple shell sizes (1 through 5) with contact positions ranging from 9 to 50. The connectors support recommended cable outer diameters from 0.165 to 0.562 inches with maximum inner cable bundle diameters up to 0.450 inches, and utilize standard clinch nut mounting methods. The kit includes both plug and receptacle configurations with duplex-plated phosphor bronze contacts offering either 0.000030 inch gold on mating end with tin on termination end, or gold flash on mating end with tin on termination end, all nickel underplated.
