The 5552224-1 is a 24-position vertical PCB receptacle connector from the CHAMP product line designed for IEEE-488 interface bus applications. It features a 2.16 mm centerline spacing, gold-plated mating contacts over palladium-nickel, and a bail lock with screwlock mating connector retention system. The connector is constructed with a glass-filled polyester housing and thermoplastic bracket, supporting recommended PCB thicknesses of 1.57 mm, 2.36 mm, and 3.18 mm, with a 4.80 mm mounting hole diameter. It is RoHS and ELV compliant, wave solder capable to 240°C, 260°C, and 265°C, and features tin-plated solder tail contacts for reliable termination. This connector is ideal for industrial instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and control applications requiring robust, standards-compliant interconnection.
