This all-plastic shell connector accommodates 9 contact positions and features a compact shell size 1 with dimensions of 1.228 inches (32.72 mm) length by 0.984 inches (24.99 mm) width. The connector is equipped with contact finish plating code B (gold flash on mating end, tin on termination end) with a minimum 0.000050 inch (0.00127 mm) nickel underplate for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The post length is available in 0.125 inches (3.18 mm) or 0.170 inches (4.32 mm) to accommodate various PCB thicknesses, with the 0.125 inch post recommended for 0.062–0.093 inch thick boards and the 0.170 inch post for 0.093–0.125 inch thick boards.
