MHS22204 is a low-profile instrumentation-grade slide switch featuring a double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) configuration designed for precision switching applications. The switch utilizes silver-clad plate over copper alloy contacts with a molded-in epoxy terminal seal, delivering an initial contact resistance of 20 milliohms maximum and a contact rating of 100 milliamps at 12 VDC. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -10°C to +60°C with a dielectric strength of 500 volts RMS at sea level, an actuation force of 250 grams (±200g, -150g), and an actuator travel of 0.079 inches (2.01 mm), supporting up to 10,000 cycles of operation.
