The C41CDB120A is a bimetal thermostat from the Airpax 4100 series featuring a brass probe for immersion sensing and low-cost thermal protection. It operates across a temperature range of 40°C to 130°C with nominal operating temperature settings in 5°C increments and standard temperature tolerance of ±5°C. The device features gold-plated crossbar contacts rated for 28 VDC at 3 amps (5,000 cycles), 32 VDC at 1 amp (30,000 cycles), or 120 VAC at 1 amp (30,000 cycles), with SPST (Single Pole, Single Throw) contact operation available in either close-on-rise or open-on-rise configurations. The thermostat is constructed with brass and epoxy/crimp seal materials meeting NEMA 4 and 13 (IP67) standards, providing protection against harsh environments including pressure washing.
