The device features an operating voltage range of 20-300 Vrms at 60Hz, a maximum off-state leakage current of 10 mArms, and a minimum load current of 0.20 Arms. With a thermal resistance of 0.28°C/W and maximum I²R loss of 9340 A²sec, the controller is engineered for high-current applications requiring reliable thermal management.
