The 8211 is a 24" x 48" dissipative vinyl three-layer table mat that meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards tested per ANSI/ESD STM4.1-2017. It features a durable static dissipative vinyl top layer with sufficiently low resistance to discharge static-laden conductors while preventing pin shorting on printed circuit boards, a highly-conductive scrim middle layer providing the main discharge path to ground, and a static-dissipative foam bottom layer offering a durable nonskid cushion. The mat has a thickness of 0.140" (3.5 mm) and a top hardness of 78 Shore A, with surface-to-ground resistance (Rtg) and surface-to-surface resistance (Rtt) both rated at 1 × 106 to < 1 × 10? ohms. Available in brown color, the 8211 is compatible with Constant Monitors and is commonly used in electronics assembly, repair, and testing environments where static control and operator comfort are essential.
