The DS04-254-1L-01BK is a single-pole DIP switch from the DS04-254 series, featuring a raised actuator and long pin configuration designed for through-hole PCB assembly. It operates at a rated voltage of 24 Vdc (switching) or 50 Vdc (non-switching) with a maximum rated current of 25 mA (switching) or 100 mA (non-switching), and exhibits a contact resistance of 50 mO initially and 100 mO after life testing. The switch is constructed with a PA9T housing (UL94V-0 rated) with a white actuator, gold-plated copper alloy contacts, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a mechanical life of 2000 cycles. With its 2.54 mm pitch, 0.9 mm switch travel, and 1000 g operating force, this DIP switch is ideal for configuration and control applications in industrial equipment, consumer electronics, and embedded systems where compact, reliable switching is required.
