The GPTCRS11 is a general-purpose snap action switch designed for reliable switching applications with rugged construction and long operational life. It features a phenolic case and cover with gold over silver contacts, beryllium copper springs, and silver alloy contacts for durable performance rated to over 20 million mechanical cycles. The switch operates at 15A 250VAC (UL508) with VDE approval to EN60947, dielectric strength of 1000 VAC 50/60 Hz for 1 minute, and insulation resistance of 100 megohms minimum at 500 VDC. Operating specifications include an operating force of 3.5 oz maximum, release force of 0.8 oz minimum, pretravel distance of 0.260 inches (7.10 mm), and operating point range of 1.16 to 1.22 inches (30.40 to 30.90 mm). The switch is mounted with US holes using #6-32 fasteners at 6.0 In-Lb maximum torque and includes screw terminals with brass construction.
