The 747150-8 is an AMPLIMITE HD-20 subminiature D-type receptacle connector designed for secure PCB mounting with 4-40 threaded inserts. This straight posted connector features 9 contact positions in shell size 1 with dimensions of 1.216 inches (30.89 mm) length and 0.984 inches (24.99 mm) width, accommodating standard PCB board thickness of 0.083–0.125 inches (2.06–3.18 mm). The connector is constructed with a steel shell (tin plated), 94V-0 rated thermoplastic black housing, and brass threaded inserts, with socket contacts made from phosphor bronze featuring gold plating on the mating end and tin-lead on the termination end, along with nickel underplating. The preloaded size 20 DF posted socket contacts and threaded insert design provide reliable mating and secure retention for industrial and electronic equipment applications requiring robust interconnection solutions.
