643430-1 is a 15-circuit socket header connector part of the 5.0 mm Power Key Connectors (5.0 PKC) series designed for wire-to-board power circuit applications. This connector features a duplex finish with pre-tin plating, consisting of 0.000030 inches minimum gold in the mating area and matte tin on the solder tail end over 0.000050 inches minimum nickel underplate on the entire contact. The connector has an A dimension of 1.300 inches (33.02 mm) and is rated UL94V-0 for flammability. It is designed to mate with Universal MATE-N-LOCK II plug housings (part number 770023-1) and Universal MATE-N-LOCK plug housings (part number 350736-1), making it suitable for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. The connector incorporates protective design features including locking levers surrounded by walls to prevent tangling with wires and housing lances to help prevent contact tangling.
