The 5786555-9 is a 100-position vertical receptacle header designed for high-density connections on printed circuit boards. Its construction includes a 94V-0 rated thermoplastic housing, a carbon steel shell plated with bright tin over copper, and phosphor bronze contacts with 0.000030 inches of gold plating on the mating end. As part of the AMPLIMITE .050 series, it provides a high-density D-type interface with a .050 x .100 inch grid spacing and a metal shell for EMI/RFI shielding.
