描述

The 499141-9 is a universal ejection pin header connector designed for ribbon and flat flex wire applications. It features 40 positions arranged in a 2.54 × 2.54 mm centerline matrix with right-angle PCB mounting, standard profile housing, and integrated ejection latches with dual polarizing bars for secure mating. The connector includes a shrouded 4-sided thermoplastic housing (UL 94V-0 rated, black color) with gold-plated square contacts and tin-lead plated solder posts (2.79 mm length), supporting wave solder processes up to 265°C. This connector is ideal for high-density interconnect applications in data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and industrial equipment where reliable, polarized connections and easy mating/unmating are required.
