2-338069-0 is a locking latch female-on-board connector designed for Wire-to-Board applications within the AMP Micro-MaTch miniature connector system. This connector provides an audible click during mating, enhancing user feedback and connection reliability. The connector features a 1.27 mm (0.050") conductor spacing and is compatible with ribbon cable (UL Style 2651) with solid 0.30 mm diameter conductors or stranded configurations. It is reflow solder capable to 260°C for surface mount device (SMD) versions and accommodates PC boards with 1.6 mm nominal thickness and 0.8 mm hole diameter for solder connectors. The locking latch design is available as a cross-reference to standard Micro-MaTch female connectors, offering improved connection security and tactile feedback for applications requiring reliable interconnection in miniaturized electronic assemblies.
