201571-2 is a nickel plated steel 180° two-piece short shield designed for use with AMP M Series pin and socket connectors. This shield component is specifically designed for 34-position standard connectors, as well as 16-position mixed and 20-position high voltage special application connectors. The shield features dimensions of 0.640 inches (16.26 mm) x 1.781 inches (45.24 mm) with a maximum cable diameter of 0.500 inches (12.7 mm). It is intermateable with connectors made to MIL-C-28748 requirements and is RoHS compliant. This shielding hardware provides EMI/RFI protection and strain relief in cable-to-cable applications where signal integrity is critical.
