130625 is a PIDG terminal splice designed for reliable electrical connections in harsh industrial environments. Constructed from high-conductivity copper with tin plating for corrosion protection, it features a copper sleeve for vibration resistance and improved wire insulation support. The body incorporates inner serrations for maximum electrical contact and tensile strength, while color-coded insulation sleeves enable easy identification and termination with corresponding TE Connectivity tooling. Rated for operating temperatures up to 105°C and operating voltages up to 300V, this terminal is UL/CSA listed and MIL-Spec approved. It is commonly used in instruments, control systems, lighting, power supplies, panel boxes, transportation, lifting equipment, motors, aerospace applications, and appliances where reliable crimped connections are essential.
