The 122562-1, also known as the CMP-5T MKII, is a semi-automatic press designed for inserting compliant pin connectors. This standalone system delivers a force capability of 44 kN (5 tons) and can accommodate large printed circuit boards up to 610 x 915 mm. The machine is computer-controlled, featuring automatic setup for speed, height, and force, which eliminates the need for manual adjustments. Standard features include SensiPress technology for pin defect detection and statistical process control (SPC) on pressing force. By monitoring the press cycle in real-time, it helps prevent board damage, improve yield, and reduce scrap, making it a versatile solution for a wide range of connector applications.
