The 1-215570-4 is a male paddle board connector from the TE Connectivity Micro-MaTch modular connector family designed for direct soldering of ribbon cable to printed circuit boards. It features 1.27 mm contact centerline spacing and tin-plated contact design that provides gas-tight, fretting corrosion-resistant connections by incorporating a positioning spring in the female contact that absorbs relative movements caused by vibrations and thermal expansion. The connector is supplied on tape and is suitable for mass termination of 28 AWG (0.08–0.09 mm²) ribbon cable with matching cable specification 167019. This paddle board connector is ideal for automation and control applications including production and material handling equipment, robots, motors, control units, and consumer electronics such as car radios, navigation systems, and set-top boxes.
