The receptacle assembly accommodates wire sizes from 26-22 AWG (0.12-0.35 mm²) with insulation diameters of 0.93-1.5 mm, utilizing phosphor bronze contacts with tin plating. With a mating length of 6.0 inches (dimension A), the assembly is rated for up to 250 hot-plug cycles at 7.8 Amps @ 48VDC. This connector is ideal for low-noise power supplies, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), power factor-correcting (PFC) power supplies, and redundant (N+1) power systems requiring reliable hot-plug capability.
