The SRMETER2 Surface Resistance Meter is a portable, battery-powered device designed to measure surface resistance for ESD control applications in electronics manufacturing and handling environments. It features built-in parallel electrodes for direct surface testing and an automatic test voltage selector that switches from 10V to 100V when measured resistance exceeds 1×105 ohms, with measurement accuracy of ±1/2 decade. The meter includes two banana jacks and an electrode toggle switch for connecting optional external 5-pound electrodes to perform point-to-point (Rtt) or resistance-to-ground (Rtg) measurements.
