700812 is a Dri-Shield 2000 moisture barrier bag designed to provide packaging protection for ESD and moisture sensitive items both inside and outside an ESD protected area. The bag is manufactured from a laminate of multiple layers of aluminized polyester and polyethylene, featuring a thickness of 3.6 mils (0.0914 mm ±10%) with tensile strength of 7800 PSI (54 MPa) and puncture resistance of 20 lbs (89 N). It provides excellent ESD shielding at less than 10 nJ, surface resistance of 1 x 104 to less than 1 x 10¹¹ ohms on both interior and exterior surfaces, and EMI attenuation of 45 dB. The bag offers a moisture vapor transmission rate of =0.035 grams/100 sq. in./24 hrs and is heat sealable at temperatures of 300°F - 400°F (140°C - 204°C). This RoHS compliant bag meets ANSI/ESD S20.20, ANSI/ESD S541, and ANSI/ESD S11.4 Level 3 standards, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic components during storage and transport.
