The CX-424 is a compact diffuse reflective photoelectric sensor from the CX-400 Series Ver.2 designed for precise object detection in industrial automation. It features a fixed 100 mm (3.937 in) sensing range with infrared LED emitting element and built-in analog CMOS processor ASIC for stable detection with low power consumption. The sensor achieves up to 60% reduction in power consumption compared to previous models, with a typical current draw of 10 mA, and incorporates an acrylic lens material that resists harmful effects of coolants and oils, conforming to IP67 protection.
