AQY221N3V1Y is a super miniature PhotoMOS relay in SSOP package designed for high-speed RF switching applications. It features exceptionally low output capacitance of 1.0 pF (typ.) and on-resistance of 5.5O (typ.), providing excellent C×R performance for signal integrity. The relay supports a load voltage of 25V AC/DC with continuous load current of 150 mA and offers fast switching with turn on/off times of 0.02 ms (typ.). With I/O isolation voltage of 1,500V AC and operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it ensures reliable performance in demanding environments. Common applications include measuring and testing equipment such as IC testers, medical equipment like ultrasonic diagnostic machines, and telecommunication and broadcasting equipment.
