描述

The NCV8405ASTT1G is a self-protected low-side smart discrete driver designed for harsh automotive environments. This device provides a typical on-resistance (RDS(on)) of 90 mΩ at a 10V gate-source voltage and has a clamped drain-to-source breakdown voltage of 42 V. It incorporates multiple protection features, including short-circuit, overcurrent, overtemperature with automatic restart, ESD, and overvoltage protection through an integrated clamp. Suitable for automotive and industrial applications, it can switch various resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, serving as a robust replacement for electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
