描述

The MMBFJ112 is an N-Channel switch optimized for low-level analog signals. It features a low drain-source on-resistance with a maximum of 50 Ω and a gate-source cut-off voltage ranging from -1.0 V to -5.0 V. The device provides a minimum zero-gate voltage drain current (IDSS) of 5.0 mA and has a gate-source breakdown voltage of -35 V. Housed in a SOT-23 package, the MMBFJ112 is ideal for use in sample and hold circuits and chopper-stabilized amplifiers where low-level signal integrity is critical.
