描述

The SG7815AT-883B is a positive fixed voltage regulator designed to deliver a stable 15V output. As part of the SG78xxA series, it features improved line and load regulation with an output voltage internally set to within ±1.5%. For the TO-39 package, it supports a load current from 5mA up to 500mA and has a typical dropout voltage of 2.0V at 500mA. The device integrates protective features including thermal shutdown, current limiting, and safe-area control. Processed to MIL-STD-883 standards, it is well-suited for high-reliability applications operating in demanding environments.
