描述

The MIC4223YM-TR is a dual inverting, high-speed, low-side MOSFET driver designed to operate from a 4.5V to 18V supply. It can sink and source 4A of peak current from a 12V supply, allowing it to quickly charge and discharge a 2000pF load capacitance in under 15ns. Each driver features a dedicated active-high enable input with TTL and CMOS logic-level thresholds that are independent of the supply voltage. The device is protected against ground bounce, with inputs able to withstand -5V of voltage swing. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC package, this driver is ideal for high-efficiency MOSFET switching, switch-mode power supplies, and DC-to-DC converters.
