描述

The MS3102R10SL-4S is a box-mounting circular socket connector with threaded coupling, conforming to MIL-C-5015 Series I specifications. It features 2 contacts of size 16S with hard silver plating and solder cup termination, rated for 22 A at +20 °C with a contact resistance of 6 mO. The connector is constructed with an aluminum alloy shell finished in olive drab chromate coating over cadmium plating, neoprene insulator and grommet, and copper alloy contacts. It provides 1600 Vrms test voltage, insulation resistance greater than 1000 MO, and operates across -55 °C to +125 °C with IP65 ingress protection and 500-hour salt spray resistance. This connector is widely used in military, aerospace, and industrial applications requiring reliable high-current signal and power distribution in harsh environments.
