MDM-31PBR-A174 is a 31-contact Micro-D PCB connector featuring pin (plug) contacts and right angle board termination for high-density interconnect applications. It utilizes a standard MDM metal shell with electroless nickel finish (A174) and Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator material, providing excellent reliability in demanding environments. The connector offers 0.050" contact spacing and dimensions including A Max of 2.040" (51.82 mm), B of 1.800" (45.72 mm), and C of 1.115" (28.32 mm). It is designed for use with flex circuitry, flat cable, printed circuit boards, and multi-layer boards, supporting board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable configurations. The connector meets rigorous environmental specifications including thermal shock from -55°C to +125°C, vibration resistance up to 20 G's, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level.
