DC121073152 is an EMI shielded backshell accessory for D-subminiature connectors, specifically designed for 37-pin (DC) shell size applications. The backshell features a snap-together metalized plastic construction with nickel-over-copper finish that provides -49 dB attenuation at 100 MHz, effectively reducing EMI/RFI emissions and improving conformance to FCC DOC #20780 shielding requirements. The thermoplastic material is UL 94V-0 rated and includes an integral strain-relieving cable clamp, eliminating the need for crimp ferrule tooling and enabling quick assembly.
