The APD-4BS-K2 is a 4-way socket plug connector designed for transportation and industrial applications requiring robust electrical connectivity. It operates at 48 VDC with a maximum contact resistance of 5 mO and withstands 1000 VAC voltage proof testing for 60 seconds, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments. The connector features Code 4 blue mechanical keying (RAL 5012), IP 67 + IP 69K sealing protection, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 140°C with humidity up to 95% relative humidity. It is rated for 50 mating cycles with a maximum coupling torque of 1.2 Nm and supports static loads of 250 N axial and 150 N lateral when mated. The housing is constructed from PBT GF material with HNBR sealing, providing excellent resistance to brake fluid, ATF, fuel, and other industrial fluids.
