描述

The HS9Z-A61 is a straight actuator key designed for use with IDEC HS6E solenoid locking safety interlock switches. This actuator provides a maximum retention force of 500N and is engineered for direct insertion into the interlock switch slot, enabling four-directional actuator insertion capability. The HS9Z-A61 operates in conjunction with the HS6E subminiature interlock switch, which features a compact 75 × 15 × 75 mm body and operates at 24V DC with 110 mA total power consumption (solenoid: 100 mA, LED: 10 mA). The actuator is supplied with an actuator stop for proper positioning during installation and is compatible with both spring lock and solenoid lock configurations. Common applications include machinery safety interlocks, protective door locking systems, and industrial equipment access control where high retention force and reliable mechanical locking are required.
